How Can You be so Inexpensive? (Click to Expand)

With today’s technology at our finger tips it’s no longer necessary to charge what most brokerages continue to charge to cover overhead expenses. We offer the same or better services, resources, and technologies at a fraction of the cost! Other brokerages will continue to price gouge as long as they can. WE WON’T!

How Can Your Operate by Charging so Little?

Ironically we get asked this quite often. We have been in business for more than 6 years! With a proper commission structure and proper management we keep our costs low and charge only what is necessary to effectively run a business. There’s no reason to line our pockets at the expense of our agents. Also, as a debt free company we do not have the financial obligations that other brokerages have who are over-leveraged.

How Can Your Offer Such Great Support & Charge so Little?

This is due to the fact that we have so many managing brokers per agent. Though we have a fair amount of agents we have several brokers to support them. Our cutting edge technologies allow us to be available to our agents. We offer great support because our brokers love their work and benefit from the success of their agents.

Are There any other Fees?

We only charge $500 on your first 5-7 transactions a year. During your interview ask the broker how you can get down to a 5 cap. There are no desk fees, no monthly fees, no annual fees, no technology fees…nada! The only other fee is a $199 administrative fee charged to your client on every transaction. You may use your discretion to pay this fee yourself or to charge it to your client. Also, commissions over $12,000 are charged an additional 1%, and commissions over $50,000 are on a 90/10 split.

How Quickly Can I get Paid on my Commissions?

As soon as your commission clears and all of your paperwork has been received we can pay you same day with a check or next day with ACH/direct deposit. Our average turnaround is same day!

Can You Match or Beat a Service Offered by my Current Brokerage?
